وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ فِيكُمْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ۚ لَوْ يُطِيعُكُمْ فِي كَثِيرٍ مِنَ الْأَمْرِ لَعَنِتُّمْ وَلَٰكِنَّ اللَّهَ حَبَّبَ إِلَيْكُمُ الْإِيمَانَ وَزَيَّنَهُ فِي قُلُوبِكُمْ وَكَرَّهَ إِلَيْكُمُ الْكُفْرَ وَالْفُسُوقَ وَالْعِصْيَانَ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الرَّاشِدُونَ
And know that, among you there is the Messenger of Allâh (SAW). If he were to obey you (i.e. follow your opinions and desires) in much of the matter, you would surely be in trouble, But Allâh has endeared the Faith to you and has beautified it in your hearts, and has made disbelief, wickedness and disobedience (to Allâh and His Messenger SAW) hateful to you. Such are they who are the rightly guided,
তোমরা জেনে রাখ তোমাদের মধ্যে আল্লাহর রসূল রয়েছেন। তিনি যদি অনেক বিষয়ে তোমাদের আবদার মেনে নেন, তবে তোমরাই কষ্ট পাবে। কিন্তু আল্লাহ তোমাদের অন্তরে ঈমানের মহব্বত সৃষ্টি করে দিয়েছেন এবং তা হৃদয়গ্রাহী করে দিয়েছেন। পক্ষান্তরে কুফর, পাপাচার ও নাফরমানীর প্রতি ঘৃণা সৃষ্টি করে দিয়েছেন। তারাই সৎপথ অবলম্বনকারী।
