إِنَّ شَرَّ الدَّوَابِّ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ الصُّمُّ الْبُكْمُ الَّذِينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ
Verily! The worst of (moving) living creatures with Allâh are the deaf and the dumb, who understand not (i.e. the disbelievers)
নিঃসন্দেহে আল্লাহ তা'আলার নিকট সমস্ত প্রাণীর তুলনায় তারাই মূক ও বধির, যারা উপলদ্ধি করে না।
